Ziauddin University – Faculty of Engineering, Science, Technology & Management – Dean’s Message

The Ziauddin University Faculty of Engineering Science, Technology and Management (ZUFESTM) is one of the top engineering universities in Karachi due to the vast number of programmes it offers, as well as the institution’s vision to provide academic excellence.

The university aims to create robust and well-led academic units that produce efficient and agile engineers, data scientists, architect, and business professionals with a research base to facilitate the development of an ambitious blueprint for continued growth in a knowledge-based economy.

The Ziauddin University Faculty of Engineering Science, Technology and Management is successfully running BS Software Engineering (NCEAC recognized), BS Civil Engineering, BS Electrical Engineering, BE Biomedical Engineering (with due recognition from Pakistan Engineering Council) & BS Electrical Technology programmes. After getting the partnership in establishing first ever National Center for Big Data & Cloud Computing, the Ziauddin University Faculty of Engineering Science, Technology and Management launched the BS Data Science under the umbrella of Department of Software Engineering.

Currently, the Ziauddin University Faculty of Engineering Science, Technology and Management is running Departments of Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering and Software Engineering. The faculty also offers Management Technology and Information Sciences, BS Management and Technology, BS Applied Physics, BS Architecture, BS Biotechnology, Bachelor of Business Administration, BS Applied Physics, BS Architecture, BS Biotechnology, and Bachelor of Business Administration.

The postgraduate degrees that aim to furthermore train students to become masters in their fields are MBA, MS Biomedical Engineering, MS Electrical Engineering, and PhD Electrical Engineering.
