For many women, we’re EXPECTED to be the keeper of traditions, bake the goodies, volunteer, coordinate, host, make lists, send cards, get family pics, buy for the family/in-laws/teacher/house cleaner/dog groomer/mail carrier/hair stylist. (In addition to the rest of the cruise-directing required to maintain daily life.)

Take a minute to consider what it may be like to ENJOY the holiday season. To slow down with the season. To actually exhale and have spaciousness. What would that feel like? What would that LOOK like?

Friend, the holidays tend to shine a spotlight on the imbalance in our lives. This time of year can show us our patterns with food, relationships, alcohol, money, and it can be really challenging to imagine what would happen if you just…DON’T DO THINGS. If we said, “Hell No, Status Quo!” to the way things are done. If we sacredly rebelled against that which is not working for us.
