Did you know mindfulness has been proven to relieve stress, improve focus, boost creativity, and enhance productivity? Just a few minutes a day can improve your general well-being, help you stay motivated in a tough job search and avoid workplace burnout.

Take a midday break with QU and participate in guided meditation and mindfulness exercises that will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the rest of your day! Learn positive practices you can incorporate into your job search, workday, or personal life. Time included for interactive discussion and Q&A.

Tami is the Director for Fitness & Well Being and part-time faculty at Quinnipiac University which allows her to share her passions of movement and exercise with those she considers the bright lights of our future. She enjoys learning and growing in the university environment and participating in the programs and opportunities that college life provides.

In addition to serving university students, Tami is a health and wellness coach and works as a Master Trainer for a variety of fitness programs including SPINNING®, CrossCore®, Ugi®, Barre Above®, Cardio Yoga(TM) and In-Trinity® by Johnny G Method. Training has allowed her to travel the US and beyond, meeting interesting and inspiring people. She is grateful for all the opportunities she is given and looks forward to whatever comes her way next.
